- How do I log in?
- Use the same username and password associated with your VSoftwareTools aMember account. If your PMTools subscription is active, your forum account is created automatically.

- Why can I log in but not see any forums?
- Forum access is based on your current PMTools subscription status. If your subscription has expired or is no longer active, you may still be able to log in, but you will not see the subscriber forums.

- Who can access the PMTools Beta forums?
- The PMTools Beta area is available only to current PMTools subscribers who are enrolled in the PMTools beta program.

- How do I subscribe to a forum?
- Open the forum you want to follow and click the Subscribe forum link near the bottom of the page.

- How do I subscribe to a topic?
- Open the topic and click the Subscribe topic option. You can then receive notifications when new replies are posted.

- Open the User Control Panel, choose Board preferences, and review your notification options. You can control which activity generates email notifications.

- Beta testers should use the Bug Reports forum in the PMTools Beta section. For general PMTools questions, use General Discussion.

- Announcement forums are read-only for most members. VSoftwareTools staff use them to post important PMTools and beta information.

- Your main account information is managed through your VSoftwareTools aMember account. Subscription and customer information should be updated there rather than in the forum.
